OUR FOUNDER

Brice Garnett, born September 6, 1983, in Gallatin, Missouri, is a professional golfer who turned pro in 2006 and was a three-time NCAA Division II All-American at Missouri Western State University. With two PGA Tour victories—the 2018 Corales Puntacana Resort & Club Championship and the 2024 Puerto Rico Open—Garnett knows the value of precision, patience, and dedication. In the same way, we apply that same commitment to excellence in every step of our Wagyu process, from carefully selecting the finest cattle to perfecting each cut, ensuring a dining experience that’s nothing short of championship quality.
